Peak bucks/hens season books out fast

Friday and Saturday nights fill up 4-6 weeks out.

If you've got a specific date locked in (especially Fri/Sat in December or January), tell us in the form now so we can lock it in before someone else does.

Thursday and Sunday nights have more flexibility.

  • Yes. We’re not a restaurant, but we do work with a tight, bar-friendly offering and can usually tweak things to suit your group. Tell us your budget, dietary needs and how you want the night to feel (snacks only / more substantial / nothing at all) and we’ll let you know what’s possible. If you’re bringing in external catering, we can chat through options and logistics in your enquiry.

  • Life happens, we get it. Once you’ve paid a deposit or agreed to a minimum spend, our standard cancellation terms kick in. The earlier you let us know, the more flexible we can be — in some cases we can move your event to a new date instead of losing the booking. Drop us a line as soon as things change and we’ll walk you through the options.

  • Yes – this is where your “function” becomes a night out. From 6–9pm we’re set up for cocktails, speeches and mingling. From 9pm, the lights drop, the DJs kick in and the dance floor fills. For private events and exclusive hires, we can:

    • Reserve prime dance floor space for your crew

    • Work with our resident DJs on the vibe

    • Or chat about bringing your own DJ for full-venue takeovers

    Tell us how hard you want to go and we’ll set the tone.

  • Within reason, absolutely. Fairy lights, balloons, signage, a neon for the birthday human or brand pieces for a launch – all good, as long as they don’t damage the venue or set off the fire alarms. Just run anything big or messy (confetti, smoke machines, installations) past us first so we can confirm what’s allowed and when you can bump in/out.

  • Yes! We can store it for you and bring it out with sparklers at the perfect moment. Just let us know timing when you book.

  • Yes! Bring whatever you need. We've seen inflatable T-Rexes, matching outfits, sashes, props — go for it. Just nothing that damages the venue and we're good.

  • Available for bucks and hens parties. Professional, fun, and yes — very popular. Enquire for pricing and availability when you book.
