Private Hire FAQ
Full exclusive use of the venue, dedicated bar and waitstaff, event coordinator, DJ (ours or yours), professional sound system, custom theming and decoration, setup and pack-down, and complete creative control. Beverage and catering packages are quoted separately.
There's no venue hire fee. We have a $3,500 minimum spend which goes directly towards food and drinks on the night. Every dollar goes to your guests, not a room fee. We provide a full itemised quote within 24 hours so there are no surprises.
Absolutely. You can use our resident DJ, request a specific DJ, or bring your own. Our sound system is included and we'll coordinate tech setup with your entertainment.
Private hire dates book 6-8 weeks ahead, especially for Friday and Saturday nights. For corporate events during peak season (November-December), we recommend enquiring 2-3 months ahead.
100%. Full creative control is yours. We can work with your event designer or handle the theming in-house. From branded activations to custom lighting, the venue is your canvas.
50% deposit to confirm. Balance due 7 days before the event. Cancellations 30+ days: full refund. 14-30 days: 50% refund. Under 14 days: forfeited. We'll always try to reschedule if possible. Full terms in your proposal.
